Typically done on the day photos are scheduled, and working with what is available on site*, our pre-photo blitz includes:
Full site walk through, indoors and out
Assessment of areas to target
Staging: light onsite work including shuffling furniture around, making beds, some decor work, etc
Light packing, organisation & tidying, as appropriate
Additional resources such as:
Packing tips & checklist
Staging reminders for viewings
Etc and as required
Final walk through before photos with client and/ or agent
Afollow up touch point by phone or video call for any additional support/ questions.

Flat fee $325**
****Plus applicable taxes. One time travel fee of $75 applies for sites outside 1hr from Parliament

Our pre-sale consultation includes:
Full site assessment, indoors and out (60-90 mins)
Custom recommendations for each site
Comprehensive report detailing the recommendations within 48 hours
Additional resources such as:
Packing checklist
Photo day reminders
Downsizing guide
Inspiration photos
Etc and as required
Discussion of recommendations with client and/ or agent (onsite or by phone)
When appropriate and in collaboration with the client, light onsite work during the consultation, including shuffling furniture around, some decor work, etc
A follow up touch point by phone or video call for any additional support/ questions.

Standard start times are 10am or 2pm. (Other times available upon request.)
Includes up to 5 hours of support (travel, site visit, discussion, drafting report, selection of additional resources, follow up)
